If the Rider cancels their ride request within 3 minutes after their Driver accepted the request, there will be no cancellation fee.

However, if the Rider cancels more than 3 minutes after their Driver accepted the request, they will be charged a $2 cancellation fee by their Driver.
Example: If the Driver accepts the request at 10:00 AM and the Rider cancels at 10:03 AM, the Rider will be charged a $2 cancellation fee.

Additionally, if the Rider cancels more than 6 minutes after their Driver accepted the request, they will be charged a higher $4 cancellation fee.
Example: If the Driver accepts the request at 10:00 AM and the Rider cancels at 10:07 AM, the Rider will be charged a $4 cancellation fee.

Important note: If the Driver arrives at the pickup location and waits for their Rider for 5 minutes or more, but the Rider does not show up, the Rider will be charged a $4 “no-show” fee.
