We do not operate as a traditional ride-sharing company, but rather facilitate connections between riders and drivers. Our platform serves as a matchmaking service, pairing individuals seeking transportation with those willing to provide it. We merely provide the tools necessary to streamline this process, including onboarding for both parties, background checks, vehicle registration, and payment systems.
The costs associated with being a driver on our platform are entirely borne by the individual, including the cost of background checks, insurance coverage, credit card processing fees, and other expenses. Drivers have complete autonomy over when they choose to work, who they wish to transport, and at what rates they desire to charge.
Riders, in turn, enjoy a high degree of control over their experience, as they can select from all available drivers based on factors such as distance, rates, fares, driver reviews, background checks, vehicle information (including year, brand, model, and type), and amenities like car seats or service animal friendliness. The fare for each ride is retained by the driver in its entirety, minus a credit card processing fee.
In addition to facilitating connections between riders and drivers, we also earn revenue from each accepted ride request, taking a modest 50-cent fee from the driver.
