To pay with cash, you’ll need to complete an additional step to verify your account through the Moeride app. Here’s how:

1. Option 1: Upload a Photo of Your Accepted ID
   + Take a clear and legible photo of one of the accepted IDs (driver’s license or passport) listed below.
   + You have three attempts to upload your ID, so make sure it meets our requirements.
   + The verification process takes just minutes.

   • Passport
2. Option 2: Add a Digital Payment Method
   + Even if you already have a credit card linked to your account, you can select cash as your payment method.
   + Follow the prompts in the app to add or update your digital payment method.
