How Do Drivers Pay for Service Fees?

When you sign up as a Moeride driver, you are provided with initial credit that covers service fees each time you accept a ride request. Here’s how it works:

  1. Initial Credit: Upon signing up, Moeride credits your account with an amount to cover the service fees for accepting ride requests.
  2. Service Fee Deduction: Each time you accept a ride request, a portion of this credit is automatically deducted to cover the associated service fee.

What Happens When Credit Is Exhausted?

  1. Purchase Additional Credit: Once your initial credit is exhausted, you need to purchase more in order to continue receiving ride requests.
  2. Credit Increments: You can buy additional driver credits in increments of $10. This purchase can be made directly from the driver account page on the Moeride platform.

Steps to Purchase More Credit:

  1. Access Driver Account Page: Log into your Moeride driver account.
  2. Navigate to Credit Section: Find and click on the section designated for purchasing additional credits.
  3. Select $10 Increment: Choose the $10 credit increment or multiples thereof, depending on how much you wish to add to your balance.
  4. Complete Purchase: Follow the prompts to complete the transaction using a valid payment method.

Important Notes:

  1. Continuous Acceptance of Rides: To ensure uninterrupted service and ride acceptance, maintain an adequate credit balance by monitoring and purchasing as needed.
  2. Notification System: Moeride may provide notifications when your credit is low, helping you manage your account effectively.

By understanding these processes, drivers can efficiently manage their accounts and continue providing rides seamlessly.
