What is Lost Item Feature?

Moeride’s new “Lost Item” feature makes it easy to let your driver know if you’ve left something behind after a ride. Here’s how to use it:

  • Open the Moeride app and navigate to the Main Menu
  • Tap on Ride History from the main menu options
  • Select the specific ride where you left an item behind

Now, follow these steps to notify your driver:

  1. Tap “Lost an Item”: This will open a form for you to fill out with details about the lost item.
  2. Fill in the requested information:
    Describe the item you’ve lost (e.g., wallet, phone, keys, etc.).
    Provide any additional details that might help your driver locate the item (e.g., location within the car, color, etc.).
  3. Notify your driver: Once you’ve filled out the form, tap “Submit” to send a notification to your driver.

That’s it! Your driver will receive the notification and can try to contact you to arrange for the return of your lost item.
