Lost Item Feature
Moeride’s new “Lost Item” feature makes it easy to let your driver know if you’ve left something behind after a ride. Here’s how to use it:
- Open the Moeride app and navigate to the Main Menu
- Tap on Ride History from the main menu options
- Select the specific ride where you left an item behind
Now, follow these steps to notify your driver:
- Tap “Lost an Item”: This will open a form for you to fill out with details about the lost item.
- Fill in the requested information:
Describe the item you’ve lost (e.g., wallet, phone, keys, etc.).
Provide any additional details that might help your driver locate the item (e.g., location within the car, color, etc.). - Notify your driver: Once you’ve filled out the form, tap “Submit” to send a notification to your driver.
That’s it! Your driver will receive the notification and can try to contact you to arrange for the return of your lost item.
